Review requests
More 5-star reviews. Without asking.
After every job, REFERX asks how you did. Happy customers land on your Google page, and unhappy ones come to you first.
How it works
- 1
Finish a job. We ask how you did.
One friendly text from your business, the evening after the referral ask. No long survey, just one tap.
9:41Hi Dana, thanks again for choosing Cedar Ridge Heating & Air! Mind telling us how we did? It takes 10 seconds: referx.app/rv/dana-8fk2/google

Happy customers go straight to Google.
They tap a face. Excellent or Good takes them right to your Google review page, while they're still smiling.

Unhappy customers come to you first.
OK, Bad or Terrible asks what went wrong, and sends it straight to you. Fix it before it ends up online.
They can still leave a public review if they want. Google requires that.

Your part
Just do the job.
Mark the job done.
That's what sends the text, so the ask always follows a finished job.
Reply when someone wasn't happy.
You'll get their note right away, so you can make it right.
We add your Google review link during setup. Everything else happens on its own.
Good questions
- When does the text go out?
- Two days after you mark the job done, at 5:30pm their time (the morning after the job is for the referral ask). If they haven't left a review yet, they get a friendly reminder about once a month, at a decent hour, until they do. If you add the optional feedback gift card, customers who haven't opened your review page also get one reminder two days later.
- Will it bug my customers?
- It's one short message that takes 10 seconds, and at most one reminder a month until they've reviewed. Once they have, it stops. Anyone who replies STOP never hears from you again.
- Which review sites?
- Google by default. Add Facebook or Trustpilot too and pick the order: customers are asked about the first one until they review there, then the next.
- What does it cost?
- It's included in every plan, alongside your referral program.
