Do I need the app?
No. Everything on this page works by text. The app is there when you want the bigger picture.
Who can text the REFERX number?
Only your phone number. Texts from any other number are ignored, so nobody else can change a thing.
What if I reply with something it doesn't get?
It tells you it didn't understand and does nothing, so a typo never changes anything.
Does it cost extra?
No. It's included in every plan.
