Before you ask

What do I have to set up?
An offer — a flat amount or a percentage of the job — and a message. Both come with defaults you can send as they are. Customers are enrolled as they're added, whether that's from your CRM, a CSV or by hand.
Does anything go out without me?
Only what you switch on. Campaigns send on the schedule you set, inside your business hours, and never to someone who has opted out. Rewards wait for your approval unless you turn on automatic approval.
How do you know who to credit?
Every customer gets their own link, so a referral that comes through it is credited to them automatically. Each one keeps its full history, so you can always see how it progressed.
What does it cost me?
The reward you chose, plus a 3% fee on gift cards. Nothing is charged until you approve a reward, and the reports show what the program cost against what it made.
