How much does REFERX cost?
There are three plans, Solo, Team and Pro, and every one includes every feature. They differ by how many different customers you can text each month and how many technicians get their own QR code. We walk you through pricing on a short demo, and you can see what referrals could be worth to your business with the ROI calculator first.
What's a technician QR code?
Each tech gets their own code to show customers on the job. Anyone who scans it lands on your referral page, and the referral is credited to that tech, so you know who's bringing in work.
What counts as a customer texted?
Each customer who gets a campaign text from you that month counts once, however many texts they get. Reward notices and replies never count. You'll get a heads-up at 80%, and if you run out you can add more right away. It resets on the 1st.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up whenever you like. Your customers, referrals and history come with you, and nothing about how ReferX runs changes.
How are rewards delivered?
Automatically. Once a reward is ready, your customer gets a text or email from your business with a link to claim it and pick from hundreds of brands. REFERX handles all of it, so you never have to.
Can I choose the reward amount?
Yes. Set a flat amount or a percentage of the sale, with an optional minimum threshold and cap. Change it any time, and new referrals use the current offer.
Do customers need to download an app?
No. Everything happens over text and email, and the referral page opens in any browser. Nothing to install.
Can customers refer someone directly or share their link?
Both. A customer can fill in a friend's info themselves, or just forward their personal link and let the friend submit their own details.
Can REFERX ask for Google reviews too?
Yes. Review requests run through the same campaigns as referrals, with the same channels, the same automation, and one Google review link set once in your account.
How does SMS messaging work?
Messages send from your business's own number and carry your business name. Opt-outs are honored automatically and customers are removed from every future send.
