- How are rewards delivered?
- Venmo, bank transfer, or a Visa gift card — your customer picks. REFERX calculates the amount, sends the notification, and delivers the payout without you opening any of those apps yourself.
- Can I choose the reward amount?
- Yes. Set a flat amount or a percentage of the sale, with an optional minimum threshold and cap. Change it any time — new referrals use the current offer.
- Do customers need to download an app?
- No. Everything happens over text and email, and the referral page opens in any browser. Nothing to install.
- Can customers refer someone directly or share their link?
- Both. A customer can fill in a friend's info themselves, or just forward their personal link and let the friend submit their own details.
- Can REFERX ask for Google reviews too?
- Yes. Review requests run through the same campaigns as referrals — same channels, same automation, one Google review link set once in your account.
- Does REFERX work with my CRM?
- Not yet — direct CRM integrations are Coming Soon. Today you import your customer list as a CSV, which covers most CRMs' export feature.
- How does SMS messaging work?
- Messages send from your business's own number and carry your business name. Opt-outs are honored automatically and customers are removed from every future send.
