Sales CRM

The jobs that didn't come from a referral, too.

ReferX + CRM adds leads, a sales pipeline, follow-ups, appointments and estimates to the referral programme you already run — same login, same customers, one history.

Every open job, whoever sent it. The stage on each row is a control, and the next action is either there or conspicuously missing.

One job at a time

The opportunity, and the referral behind it

A referral becomes a job you can work without stopping being a referral. Marking it Won runs the reward you already promised — once, whichever screen you do it from.

Every morning

What's late, and what's booked

The overview opens with overdue follow-ups and today's visits. The numbers are a band at the top; the work is the page.

One contact, however many jobs

An opportunity is one potential job. A customer can have several over the years, and each carries its own value, stage and history without cluttering the others.

Referrals keep being referrals

A referral-linked opportunity marked Won runs the reward calculation you already have — the same minimums, caps and approval. Nothing is paid twice, and a lead from Google Ads pays no referral reward at all.

A pipeline you can name yourself

New, Contacted, Appointment booked, Estimate sent — rename them to match how you sell. Won and Lost always exist, because a sale has to be able to close.

Follow-ups instead of memory

Tasks with due dates against a contact or a job. The pipeline shows the next action on every row, and says plainly when there isn't one.

Estimates that come back with an answer

Line items, tax and totals worked out on the server, sent as a link your customer accepts or declines. An accepted estimate is frozen — a later change becomes a new version.

Appointments with reminders you control

Estimate visits on a calendar in your timezone. Reminders are off until you switch them on, and moving an appointment cancels the reminder for the old time.
